From variety of guilty pleasures that people may have, karaoke is mine. I came up with idea that this year at my birthday party I'm going to organize "Rap Karaoke" - I am big hip hop head for years so it couldn't be different. Of course songs from my list are not available with karaoke like instrumentals. Without any hesitation I started to look for AI tools that may help solve this problem. And it works, it's not perfect but it just works. And that's the thing that moves me - this god damn thing does the exact thing that I guess every person in the world should do - just try, even when results are far from satisfying.

Social construct

I've got this feeling that AI itself, the way how fast it develops, how many extreme emotions it evokes, brought us to the point where we should define another social construct - magic and religion are already there. I see enough place for another "out of this world" experience to discuss and spread awareness about. I'm thinking about it a lot and this thought is corellated with my opinion about importance of spreading technology awareness. Some time ago when someone said something like "Oh, I don't know anything about computers." - it sounded like not necessarily a successful joke. Today it's a sign of ignorance that may cause problems at the end of the day. That's why explaining people even basics of how modern world works technically, highlight and discuss blessings and dangers coming from it are crucial.

It's more than sure that AI is going to erase a lot of people from job market, we have never been that close to guaranteed income become reality, but I can't see anything wrong about that - I'm only worried that there are going to be dozens of people for whom it may be hard to handle the feeling of "being replaced. what may cause the list of mental problems to expand. Of course someone could say that these people could focus on some other field, study to get specialized in and adjust themselves to todays life - unfortunately it doesn't work this way. Grind culture made us forget that some people just don't want to improve or learn, they are able to find happines and feeling of being fortunate in life that is considered as simple, without big fortunes and countless assets.

I guess that this kind of AI related posts may become some series as I think about it a lot. Stay tuned.
